Campus: Other Facilities

Apart from the mentioned college facilities, Asansol Institute of Engineering and Management-Polytechnic (AIEM-P) boasts of other facilities that are offered to ensure quality teaching and learning process. Listed below are some of the other facilities offered by this Centre of Excellence.
Student Club: Our college student clubs are named as Photographic Club, Cultural Club, Sports Club and Magazine Club that adhere to the interest of the students beyond academics. 
AIEM-P also encourages participation in Annual Techfest that is known as INNOTECH. This fest allows our students to explore their creativity, skills and innovativeness each year. Through this fest, we also support research and exploration of their areas of interest in the fields of Engineering. 
We make the students feel comfortable enough to organize such annual events and take part in the various Cultural Events and nurture their skills to find happiness in creation.
Cafeteria: The College has a Cafeteria that can be accessed by the members of the college, students and other individuals visiting the institution. We acknowledge the need for proper nutrition backed up by cleanliness and hygiene. We keep available the essential courses of the meal of the day and snacks to address the mid-day cravings. Our cafeteria is kept clean and maintains the utmost level of hygiene, prioritizing the health of all. Guardians or parents paying a visit to their wards, or using our guesthouse for a comfortable stay can also access the food station for their daily courses of the meal. 
The interiors of this nutritious hangout zone of the college offer a friendly and tasteful atmosphere, helping our students take a break from the strenuous academic schedule and enjoy the much-needed relief. All foods are available at a reasonable price which can be afforded by the students.

We offer the favorite and student preferred meal types, the most common and asked for beverages along with snacks. Our canteen is kept clean and maintained under professional staff.

Common Room: The common room is a place that witnesses a whole new spectrum of activities. To build mutual contact and provide healthy recreation, Asansol Institute of Engineering and Management-Polytechnic provide two separate Common Room for the boy’s and girl’s students. The college has made the provisions for indoor games in the common rooms as well to further facilitate recreation to our students.  
Security & CCTV: We recognize the importance of the safety of the students and also other members of the college. Keeping in mind the essence of quality protection, every corner of our campus is monitored under 24X7 CCTV surveillance.
Backup Power Supply: Asansol Institute of Engineering and Management-Polytechnic, offer 24x7 Backup power supplies in the campus.
 
Fire and Safety: Keeping in mind the importance of the safety of the students and other members, the fire safety equipment is installed inside the campus. We also take immense safety measures in workshops and high voltage laboratories.
Rainwater Harvesting: We acknowledge the need for responsible usage of the resources offered by Mother Earth. Water being the most important necessity for living, we encourage our students to practice rainwater harvesting to reduce the wastage of water and to have abundant resources for the future as well.
Portable Drinking Water: As drinking water is one of the most necessary elements of life, Asansol Institute of Engineering and Management-Polytechnic offers provisions for adequate number of portable drinking water. We offer UV treated RO water with cooling facility for all. Additionally, our hostels are also supplied with UV treated RO water.  

Vehicle Parking Facility: Vehicle parking facility is available for the students and staff members.
